I created this blog because I wanted to share my life experiences both sad and happy all the sufferings and trials of my life I find out the best in my life. and I will share happinesswith you.
My previous encounter with the problem just crying and crying and it all makes me suffer more and give up.
after all this time I lived in spiritual agony I finally decided and chose to survive and tryingto be happy.
So to all the friends who felt sad or miserable, the first thing to do is stop for a sad and miserable and replace those feelings by saying ... "EVEN though I HAVE THISPROBLEM, I Deeply Completely AND ACCEPT MYSELF AND I OPEN MY HEART TOFEEL CALM, RELAX aND FEEL HAPPY and inhale deeply and exhale from your mouth.
